Your data is stored in our database provider, Supabase, and is encrypted at rest and in transit. We align our data-handling practices with HIPAA principles for the protection of health-related information.

Health assessment data is never stored in your browser's local or session storage.

3. Who Can Access Your Data

Your data is never sold. It is never shared with advertisers, insurers, or data brokers. Health assessment data is accessible only to you and to authorized BlessedTides LLC administrators, enforced at the database level through row-level security.

4. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data (export) or request that your data be deleted at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account, order, and assessment data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. Upon a verified deletion request, we remove your personal data except where retention is required by law.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for essential functionality, including remembering that you have acknowledged our research-use disclosure and maintaining your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
